In order to ensure our children and their families enjoy complete security whilst visiting our Ronald McDonald House Programs, volunteers are asked to answer the following question:

The safety and well-being of our families, volunteers, staff and community is of utmost priority. Due to our working environments we have strict infection control policies including vaccination requirements for all Volunteers and Staff, including COVID & Flu vaccination requirements.

Volunteers are covered under Red Gum House Ltd. Volunteer Insurance Policy (excluding personal items). This policy has limitations for Volunteers over eighty (80) years of age.

Volunteer Statement

I acknowledge that Ronald McDonald House Charities Northern NSW will conduct a Criminal History Check and a Working With Children Check verification. Upon completion of the Volunteer orientation and training process, I agree to abide by all Ronald McDonald House Northern NSW policies and procedures.

I understand that:

My role as a Volunteer may be terminated or my Volunteer Application refused if any details in this application are false.
I will be asked to sign and comply with the Ronald McDonald House Charities Northern NSW Code of Conduct.
