NOTICE ABOUT FILMING AND PHOTOGRAPHY DURING RMHC NORTHERN NSW EVENTS

By attending any Ronald McDonald House Charities Northern NSW (RMHC Northern NSW) event you are entering an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur.

By agreeing to these terms, you consent that RMHC Northern NSW and its representatives can take photographs and make audio and video recordings for release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for promotional purposes, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by RMHC Northern NSW and its representatives.

• You release RMHC Northern NSW, its employees, and representatives from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitising, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or or audio recordings.
• You waive all rights to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use of these materials and you also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by RMHC Northern NSW or its representatives.
• You can request that your information is amended or may withdraw your consent for future use by contacting RMHC Northern NSW at 9 Griffiths Road New Lambton NSW 2295 or info.nnsw@rmhc.org.au
