Balance RFSK 2022

I'm joining Balance Collective's Ride for Sick Kids

Let me tell you about one of the families Ronald McDonald House Charities Northern NSW supports...

In April 2022, six-year-old Aviana was diagnosed with high-risk Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia and had to travel far from her Scone home to John Hunter Children’s hospital.

Ronald McDonald House has been her home ever since, with her dad Locky staying right by her side. While Avi’s mum, Nikki is keeping daily life going for her other children she regularly makes the two-hour commute to visit.

When a child is diagnosed with a serious illness like Avi, it can have a devastating impact on families. As well as the uncertainty and fear, there’s added stress for families who don't live close to the medical care their child needs.

That's why I've registered for the Balance Collective Ride for Sick Kids Stationary Bike Class to raise the much-needed funds and help families like Avi's in their time of need.

Ronald McDonald House Charities is 100% community-owned and operated, with every dollar donated making a big difference.

My Updates

My Birthday

Tuesday 13th Sep
Saturday the 17th of September is my birthday and to give the celebration meaning I will be supporting the Ronald McDonald House Charity by joining Balance Collective's Stationary Bike Class Ride for Sick Kids.
This will be two hours of high-intensity low impact indoor cycling workout where we ride to the rhythm of powerful music. We take on various simulated terrains with our team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training.

I need your help to reach my target of $1,000, please click on the link to donate
