Why not challenge your staff to get on a bike and Ride for Sick Kids during September.

It's a great opportunity to get out and be healthy. You can ride on the road, you can ride in a gym, you can ride at home, it doesn’t matter!

What does matter is that you accept our challenge of and get involved. You are riding to help out those who can’t ride themselves, the sicks kids and their families who use Ronald McDonald House every day of the year.

This is a great opportunity to organise some team building activities, especially if your staff have been dispersed and working from home, and it's all in the name of charity (and fitness!)

Staff Spinners
Your staff can head down to the local gym on their lunch break or before or after work, to jump on a spin bike and raise funds for sick kids.

Challenge
Challenge your colleagues to ride, with a donation for every kilometre they ride in September.

Company Gift Matching
Double your impact and show your company’s community support by matching your staff’s fundraising for Ride for Sick Kids.

#IRideFor

Who do YOU ride for this September? We ask all participants to use the hashtag #IRideFor to bring light to an individual's or family's story.

Below are the stories of Avi, Huxley, and Olive; three brave children who have spent time with us at the Ronald McDonald Houses. Find out more about their journeys, and be sure to share them by using the hashtag!
